Our PTO's Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion goal is directly in line with D303's vision to create a culture that supports equity, diversity, and inclusion for all students and staff within the district. We are proud to support an organization that places such a significant emphasis on embracing the diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives of our community members.


Just as D303 aims to develop essential skills in appreciating differences, overcoming conflicts, and contributing positively to society, our PTO shares the same commitment. We firmly believe that fostering an inclusive environment where every parent, teacher, and staff member feels valued, respected, and empowered is essential in achieving this goal.
